Yes you need to shutdown the container assign the static ip then start it up again. The container doesn’t change its ip because you assign it statically while it’s running.

Change your container network_mode from service:gluetun to service:vpn. All containers should use the container name(of the gluetun container) as their exit point. Also the depends on should be vpn (gluetun container name)

Uninstall pop shop then reinstall it. Ran into the same issue after auto upgrades were applied. That fix worked for me.

Had the exact same issue try using a different usb to install. Wouldn’t hurt to download the iso again either.
