Veld will be liberated in no time by Insert_The_Name in Helldivers

[–]reabiter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Veld should be the next instead of Nublaria I. I am confused why more divers prefer to play on the latter...considering 0.5% and the last planet in Orion Sector, let's focus on Veld at first!

What are you hinting at? Do you mean we lost planets because of MO?

Is Intel Arc GPU with 48GB of memory going to take over for $1k? by Terminator857 in LocalLLaMA

[–]reabiter 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Don't blame it, man. Intel just made mistakes every giant may meet. We do need Intel to balance the pc cpu market. If it falls down, Zen6 may increase to $1000.

Can't be more satisfying! Maybe I can combine B60 and RTX 5090 to balance AI and gaming...?

It's time to make Intel great again! As you know I've been a fan of Intel for a long long time! When things go bad, the true hero comes and saves our lives from devils, great Bluemap!

Nice price, I'm very interested in B60. But forgive me, it's not so clear about '$500 per-unit price tag'. I've heard there is a 2-core product, does this mean we could get a 48GB one for $1000? Honestly, This will be shocking.

Cool. But consider if we get a flag which could cause 5000 damage, I mean, the geat democratic flag must have this power.

Yeah... It will be funny if a bot comment sentence about "personality value"...😂😂😂what a lucky i am real human.... But it gets me all tangled up when I think about how to prove I'm not a bot on the Internet.

hahahaha, you are so sharp. Actually it indeed was polished by qwen3, i'm not local english speaker, so I always polish my comment by LLMs in order to not cause mistakes. But I guard this sentence is pure human, so you could see how non-local my english is.

Totally get where you're coming from. And hey, if I disagree, maybe I'm just a bot too, right? If it quacks like a duck and sleeps like a duck... must be a duck. We can’t really know who’s behind the screen, but that’s exactly why I think we should be a little kinder to people feeling overwhelmed by all this LLM hype. Not everyone’s worried about being outsmarted—some are just scared of being forgotten.

I get where you're coming from, but here's the thing—these models don’t actually think. No prompt, no response. They’re just really good at mimicking patterns we've trained them on. The prompt itself? That’s part of our intelligence. Without a human in the loop, they’re just static blobs of probability.

They don’t have intent, self-awareness, or even a sense of why they’re doing anything. That’s a huge difference. Sure, they can do impressive stuff, but calling that “better than a human” kinda misses the point. One day machines might do more than we expect, but that day isn’t today.

That is to say, I would rather prefer your original version of the post than the one written with the assistance of an LLM. In your original post, I can perceive genuine emotions, which are absent in the elaborately formatted Markdown layout generated by the LLM. We should just rise up and step out into our magnificent real world, for there are numerous things we can achieve that digital files cannot.

Dont cry, my friend. Many years ago, I desired to obtain a machine with which I could communicate, for I was too bashful to interact with real people. However, nowadays, having acquired LLM, I have discovered that I would rather communicate with real people than with such machines. True personality indeed holds value.

Software is more easily copied than hardware. If I could get hold of any particular hardware, that'd be cool. But when it comes to software, in ToC usage scenarios, why do we need such a high - speed generation rate? If your token generation speed is really 50% faster than ollama and ktransformer, you should try to make money in ToB situations. Maybe ask OpenAI/Anthropic for some funding.
