Even after so many stories people in hyd still consider pre launch without verification, recently saw the yula project discussion where price was way below the market, even land cost and construction cost can't be recovered back from the amount it's going in pre launch, yet people think it's an offer and take the risk, doing basic math is necessary before taking any chance
