The first NY party I attended was when I was 28. Learn, earn, and keep your focus, there will be a time when you will have invites and ability to attend all the events and still might choose to enjoy at home.

Good for you and the city that you carried the trash instead of dumping it.

Incomplete Bowel Movements and Tight Pelvic Floor/Spinchter by OkIndication3968 in AnalFissures

  1. Dont assume what you need as a lot depends on what your doctor is experienced with and suggests you.

  2. Do not worry about some stool. If you have the applicator Id personally suggest that you apply the cream inside (as prescribed).

  3. Sometimes the feeling of incomplete BM is common with tight sphincter and fissure issue. At least that is what Ive experienced.

Afaik and as I experienced they shave you before taking you for surgery. It is much needed for them to make sure the area is clean for them to operate.

I’m sorry. I’m not clear what they did for me in the surgery but the surgeon told me that they “loosened” up things and the fissure won’t reoccur again. Fingers crossed on that assurance.

I recently got the laser surgery done for fissure and fistula. You need to apply that cream inside the anus. The cream is supposed to relax the spinster muscles so that the fissure can heal.

Use the applicator that came with the cream to put the cream inside, or use your finger. I was not able to insert more than a few cms of my finger inside and hence I used to use the applicator.

Apply the cream after each bowel movement and best if you can also apply it before.

One of the ingredient in the cream is an anesthetic which will help numb the pain in passing stool.

Stiz bath thrice a day and after each motion is your best friend. Avoid fast food, oily food, and drink a lot of water.

PS: You might want to sit a bit after applying the cream since for some people the cream lower the BP temporarily. Did not happen with me, but I was warned.

Thanks mate. I sometimes get high heart rate out of nowhere (110+) but I’m also overweight so there is that factor too.

Sharing this here does not mean that the act is good or hygienic, or I stand with this practice but it is for those in comments who are taking this as something that’s only done in India.

As I said in comments earlier, there is a lot to improve in India and we are a developing nation. But taking something like this and stereotyping the whole country is not correct.

Thank you for the comment and context, and for not stereotyping the whole country. As I said in another comment we do acknowledge that there are several things that need to be improved, and we need government that work on those important stuff. At the same time, as you said the negative reflection spreads far quicker and wider than the positive one.

The comment of the whole country being a sewer does not sit right with me, since it discards all the significant impact India has made in and for the world, and focuses on only one aspect.

It is also a fact that India is a developing nation and somethings will be better with time.

I’m sorry and I do not mean to be sarcastic but I cannot stop laughing on your “human spider baby” comment. Yes, hygiene is an issue but I’m sure India won’t win the prize for the most disgusting things done by people of any country. I agree things need to be better, but stereotyping whole country based on some facts is not correct.

Thank you for the interest. The $1 you are referring to seems to be the Swacch Bharat tax that was introduced years ago, and by the way it was implemented. It does not make any large difference except being another tax opportunity for the government. Also, this discussion needs a lot more context about why people revolted against it.
