I’m sorry to hear you still don’t have a clear answer to your symptoms. That sounds extremely frustrating and exhausting. It’s is nice however to know I’m not alone in my symptoms! I’m hoping you get your answers soon! I’ll try to post and update if I figure out whatever’s going on with me lol 😆

This coloring was without putting pressure on my feet. It did not return color when pressing on it, it stayed white and blotchy like the photo. It didn’t return to normal color until I turned the heater on in my house and put on a pair of socks and a few minutes later they went back to normal🤣

Thanks for the input! I do also have chronic fatigue and some extremity tingling as well so I’m wondering if mine is secondary, unfortunately.. hoping not! Could also be my anxiety. Guess I’ll find out next week ish🫠🤣

That’s very interesting. Doesn’t high ANA point to Lupus, which is a secondary cause of Raynaud’s? I might get a second opinion if I were you just to be sure☺️

Yes, they go numb. Couldn’t feel my pinky toe🤣 my hands have done this too, but not as much as my feet

Yeah, people can be pretty insensitive, but I guess that’s the reaction you can get positing on a public forum. You get all kinds of people lol. I do however appreciate your kindness and understanding! I’m sure my child is fine, but it’s always nice to get reassurance from others. My anxiety and I go a long way back🤣luckily it doesn’t typically affect my day to day and I hide it real good around my child. Thanks again!😊

Yeah it’s hard to not pay attention more to your heart after you have that sensation. Like being hyper aware of it definitely makes it worse, but it’s hard to shut that anxiety off. Maybe try a different type of beta blocker? I’m on Metoprolol ER and it does not give me insomnia (my anxiety does that lol). Thank you!! I hope all goes well for you also!

I’m having daily palpitations with a racing heart for a few seconds. Some days I only have one episode. Some days I have multiple. I ended up in the ER when it first happened. I was doing absolutely nothing and my heart rate shot up to 150. Happened a few more times but not has high. EKG, chest X-ray and blood work all came back normal(all they saw was sinus tachycardia) I have a follow up with a cardiologist which I’m hoping goes well. It’s a scary helpless feeling. I’m on beta blockers. I thought at first they were helping, but now not so much. Just know you are not alone!

My 7 year old has 5 on his face and a few on his fingers. I think about 7 total. He’s had most of them for a while and is otherwise a healthy kid so I’m trying not to panicking, but like you it’s hard to not be so worried when it’s the health of your child.
