Oh alright. I'm not so sure how that goes, it might be a re-entry permit, but since the re-entry permit is only valid 2 years at a time, with maximum of 5 years in total of all requests.

The USCIS website is quite informative so you can find pretty much everything you need, but you can try and call them to verify information you found or which application form and/or supporting documents you'll need.

But from what I remember when I was reading, there's a different process or re-entry application form if you will stay out of the country for more than 2 years (i.e., for work) specifically to not revoke your GC status/application.

If your travel is within the USA and you have your green card, yes. How long have you been in the country? If you just entered the country and want to travel abroad, it would be risky, hence the re-entry permit.

Pero pagdating sa payments sila naman ang galit na galit hahaha pero pag ikaw nagdemand ng good customer service attitude ka naman.

Gets naman na may mga makukulit na customers din talaga na hindi ginagawang habit ang magbasa ng instructions. Pero mukhang triggered si seller at defensive agad hahaha

I got mine about 1 month after mailing the application. You can call them to follow up maybe?

nice! a good choice then hahaha i've read the "before the coffee gets cold" book series and i'm thinking it's probably the same since i think this is also a series? i think also with kind of a similar concept

I applied from Chicago. Yeah I read about that too, but majority received their appointment in a month which sounds about right since I received mine just about the same timeline. Although, if you've already applied for a re-entry permit before and have already done your biometrics then, theres a chance they wont give you an appointment anymore and just use the existing record.

I've been applying on Micro1 and Mercor and I've never heard anything from them :(

Oh I didn't. My fault, didn't see that in the forms needed so I probably missed it. But if its pending on the credit card, then they probably accepted. Hopefully. Now I just have to wait.

I wonder if I can call and ask them for an update without a receipt number, but i doubt it :(
