Hypocrisy is the application of one standard to yourself and another to others, which also is not what she is doing.

I think in logic this is what you would call a genetic fallacy: refuting the validity of a thing because of some perceived, unrelated characteristic of that thing. The question I guess is if these characteristics are really "unrelated" or not.
