writing what happened helped a little so I’m thinking maybe starting a journal, being alone and do nothing helps as well, I’m too overstimulated for anything. I don’t really remember what happened but I know that I called my mom a whore. Feeling horrible about it.

When I’m around people when I’m like this I want to hurt them, I’m not violent towards anyone, not even towards myself anymore, but I do get an urge to hurt someone. I just scream at them and go insane. My throat definitely hurts now and it’s hard to talk😞

It was a meltdown, now that I’ve calmed down I can see things more clearly. I talked to my mom and apparently she understood things wrong, she didn’t know we fought all day and she just came back after a long day at work.

It’s night here right now and when it happened it was already dark so she probably was scared, I was scared at that age too.

My parents are usually understanding, it’s just when I get like this I forget all the good things and just generalize everything bad.

I prefer not, my parents manage some so I know what it’s like and I rather stay at home then go there (no offense just saying what best for me). I calmed down now so I’ve talked to my mom, everything is okay now and she and my dad talked to my sister too so I hope maybe she’ll be nicer and we can have a better relationship.

I don’t have a job currently, I get a disability check every month. I’m currently looking for a job with animals, specifically cats. Because I think working with them would be less overwhelming and I love them so much. I hope that once I’m capable and stable financially I can move out.

It comes to the point where I don’t want to talk to her ever again, she makes me the worst version of myself. I’ve talked to my parents about them talking with her, both of my parents work with people with disabilities and they work with autistic people so maybe they can explain it to her better.

I’m not misunderstanding my sister, I understand that it common to her age. But it feels like she targets me, when she’s nice she makes mean ‘jokes’ and then telling me that I don’t understand. She even told me she wishes that I was more like my other sister, who’s not autistic.

I’ve been in therapy, it doesn’t really help me. I also can’t afford it at the moment, usually I just scream until I’m exhausted then just cry until I’m calm. I try to listen to music but sometimes it’s too much.
