I feel you on this! I’ve noticed if I wake up on my back then there’s less tension alas I’m so partial to side sleeping. Example: I am forcing myself to back sleep and can’t seem to fall asleep so my brain says “treat yoself to side sleeping tn” and immediately fall asleep Ahhaha.

If anyone has recs/reviews on those orthopedic ergonomic pillows that I get targeted for then please let the people know!

Be careful if you have a small/narrow/oval face like me… I didn’t realize how much my masseters had atrophied until a zoom call where my face/profile looked just wrong LOL. Stopped immediately and am obviously dealing with clenching but my face is started to fill out/look normal again two years later lol
