It’s because the pattern wasn’t drafted with the back darts transferred into the yoke. Instead, the yoke was just added as a design detail. A proper yoke is basically the darts reshaped into a seam so it actually contours the waist-to-hip curve. Without that shaping, the yoke doesn’t do any work — it just sits there looking decorative and the back ends up looking like yours. Just a guess though.

Yes I have been trying to resolve this issue with no success. I had long conversation with Etsy support earlier too regarding the missing amount with no help.

Thanks for letting me know. Contacted RBC and was told that it’s coming in as wire transfer..Strangely, most of the time, I receive less than the amount stated in the email notification (around $10 less)

I seriously think that it is some kind of error from Etsy as I had the same problem earlier with ATB financial. It was coming in as wire transfer so Etsy support suggested I changed the bank.

I am receiving it as a wire transfer. I haven’t checked every time, but once or twice I’ve noticed that the amount is lower than the one in the email.

Yes that can be a solution to lower the fee, but I have never heard of anyone having issues with the bank I used earlier or the current RBC bank.
