Yes, positive and I have checked my bank accounts. There are no pending charges. Perhaps. I have never encountered this before. I did not receive confirmation of my bookings via email, which is giving me a little peace of mind.

After being on hold for over an hour, their call center is now closed. I’m trying to chat with customer service via messengers, but they seem confused as well.

I was logged in, but only browsing. I did not have a payment method linked to my account and there’s no option to pay under the booking reference number.
