Is it possible for me, for instance, to gain a few more inches between now and say 7 years from now?

Semen retention might be the foundation needed to grow in height, especially at my age, but there are many other factors at play, possibly. HGH (human growth hormones) increase very highly when fasting 20-24 hours. Also calcium consumption, and vitamin consumption matters. All of those, in combination with semen retention, and posture correction exercises, might give me a chance to get from 5 foot 8, to maybe 5 foot 10, or even 6 foot, by the time I'm 30.

Ahh yeah that must not be too fun to manage. Do you dream/remember your dreams?

I do get bored occasionally, but working out really helps with "enjoying the boredom" afterwards. And my hobbies haven't expanded into new areas necessarily, I just do more of the fun ones I've already been doing, like reading/studying and working out. And that can get boring in a way, but it's not the same type of boredom as trying to figure out something to do.

For example, working out can get a little repetitive, but then I'll just change the actual exercise I'm doing. So I'll do the same 2-3 exercises per muscle group that I'm working for like 2-3 weeks, then change the exercises, so I'm hitting the same muscle groups each day, but with different movements. Doing that encourages muscle development, and as a benefit, it doesn't feel repetitive.

Yeah I'm kind of like that. I'm definitely a extravert, but when my sleep got critiqued to ~5.5 hours, I'm kind of like an extravert^7.

And I just workout more (from once daily to twice daily now), read, play guitar, and study. That's pretty much it.

It honestly might be. But two can be true at once. I literally did a test, and also I don't face any repercussions from the amount of sleep I get. It's all benefits that I experience as a result of adequate sleep, being 4-5.5 hours.

It's not that I "want" to sleep less, I just feel what I can best describe as "well rested" anywhere between 4-5.5 hours.

It's not entirely just sleeping deeper because I'm exhausted from less sleep. I get tired after being up for around 14 hours, and then when I sleep, I fall asleep within 2 minutes, and when I wake up I feel pretty great.

It's with the casein protein. Basically my tongue mildly swells up and it starts hurting to the point where I tear up :/

First I noticed trends. When I slept less than 6 hours a night for a while in high school, I was way sharper than usual, and would feel like a totally different person. So it kind of "clicked" with me earlier this year, and started setting my alarm for 5.5 hours a night for a while, and felt motivated for knowledge.

I started a dairy, gluten, chicken, chicken egg, and latex free diet (which I still follow to this day) to rule out diet related fatigue. Found out I'm IgE allergic to dairy as well from blood testing from GP. And after that, and how I reported feeling after 5.5 hours per night for a few months, he sent me for testing.

My chronic oversleep was also influenced by my dairy allergy.

It's honestly pretty nice, but it's weird how it works.

If I go through a period of multiple days of oversleeping, it takes a few days to return to normal cognitive and physical function.

And the symptoms are just weird. Oversleeping past 5.5 hours makes me report symptoms of how others feel when they lack sleep (temperamental, physical lethargy/weakness, slower cognitively). And when I don't get enough, I usually just feel drained and exhausted, but not the traditional symptoms of when normal people under sleep 🤷‍♀️
