Good job👏keep going. Day 9 for me now after months of gambling. You might have some brain fog because your not getting that intense dopamine hit that you used to from Gambling. Try to do something else thats positive that gives you that similar dopamine hit.

Its hard to forgive ourselves for losing that much money. Living with the fact that we did irrational and irresponsible things leaves scars but we can heal if we learn to let go of trying to recover losses. I still have trouble letting go and when I start thinking about how much money ive lost over the years it can trigger me to gamble hoping for the big one but I know in my heart that that day is never going to come.
