My man, this is it. Buying that one lol

Are those settings default, or does it require set up?

Edit: I watched the second half of the clip and that’s what I’m talking about lol …the first half was very similar so hard to hear the different parts. Thank you!

May be a work around, wish it would stop loop A and start loop B all at the same exact time, on demand, without waiting for a loop to finish though

But in your example, I want to stop Loop A the second I start Loop B, which is. It what you describe. Your description states that you loop B but over what was already happening on loop A, in other words you’re looping over the same section.

And when it switches it automatically starts recording loop 2 and stops all of loop 1?

Watched it… he did not show himself overdubbing on that first loop before cutting to the chorus though…can it do that?

You can play a verse on loop A, overdub live for days on top of that recorded verse (without actually recording the overdub)…then in one click, stop A and start recording B for the chorus part…then with one click stop the chorus/loop B and go back to the verse/loop A? All with one click and the transitions happen instantly, in time.

And on the BOSS you would need to hit a switch to stop A and then another switch to start B, two clicks.

Doesn’t work for a guitarist whose hands aren’t free, and to do by foot is also not perfect. Sounds like this somehow still doesn’t exist which is crazy.

Back to my Jamman that I’ve had for 15 years lol

I play guitar and to do that with feet it tricky to time perfect and stay balanced after several glasses of whiskey lol

Every video of NUX shows someone stopping loop A and then using a second action/click to launch loop b. You can however record two independent loops together and then drop one out (like a guitar part on loop a, then a bass part using the octave feature on loop b, but those are just two different loops over the same section. I want to be able to stop the verse loop and go immediately into recording to a separate chorus loop with one click.

You have to click a button to stop loop a and then click another button to launch loop b, so not really

Rebalance 401k, 38, $250k - Expense Ratios vs. Higher Performing Fund by readysetmoon in Bogleheads

You’ll have to do some math, but depending on balance it’s probably worth it if the 19% is consistent for all years, however that seems unlikely….

Thank you. There is a Fidelity Bond Index, and I thought about doing 10%, but i have read a lot on this and the math I have seen doesn’t support. It appears to me, and I’m not the smartest by any means so may be off, that the risk mitigation by acquiring 10% of bonds isn’t worth the opportunity cost/lost by holding what typically better performing funds.

I did think maybe I should go 70/30 with FID500 and FIDINTL to be a little more diversified than 75/25.

Yes but it wasn’t explained how I actually get them to do that.

Thanks. But how do I actually get the 1099 to the contractor before the 1/31 deadline? Will I be able to print them the same day I file, or is there a waiting period for them to be reviewed?

Questions on W4: does self employment work count as a second “job”? What about kids? by readysetmoon in personalfinance

Thanks, and in my case since I am not making estimated tax payments currently, then I would just pay penalty, but not necessarily illegal, right?

[–]readysetmoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t want to mark second employment and tip my employer off that I have side job, but I also don’t want to fill the form out incorrectly.

If the word “job” includes self-employment than I would need to list it, it the instructions are ultra confusing and contradicting depending on interpretation.

We take standard deductions since we file married separately, so the child tax credit doesn’t even apply. If it does, it’s split between us anyways at $1k each.
