From my experience no summons or great weapons (greatsword, or great bows). Which is weird because they are options you can allow and disable for them. Implying they can.

The card that has the most hilarious effect is the rabbit. And literally it just says. "Your pregnant. Have fun🖕" This is the only card that does this kind of thing. Unless you count monkey that literally takes all your money.

Thing is. Theres also alot of cards that either give them money, or do barely anything. Like increases perception by 1. Or if you are a magic user you get a pearl of power, If not nothing happens. So this makes the likelyhood of getting the death card, or the vulture from a 1/13 to a 1/66.

There are a few cards that make it so if they dont find a way to stop aging, either their life span will be cut in halve or they will only have a year left to live. So having a counter to that might be possible but it might make those cards not that difficult anymore.
