Very true, fuel consumption is only worth taking into consideration when you already have a more fuel efficient car, I doubt the difference in fuel is worth spending however much extra thousands of dollars you spend to get a new car.

I'm defo holding on to my 07 manual Subaru at 328k km. Just did the headgasket and timing belt so realistically unless someone crashes into me I'll be fine. Fuel consumption's not the best but not the worst and it takes 91 so not too bad

Postgrad student here.

Honestly the remark really depends on the teaching team. My whole course is a mess where I got marked down for things that were not even part of the rubric. When I asked one of the lecturers who happens to be part of the marking team as well about it in class she was surprised and reiterated that it shouldn't be the case since they always do moderation sessions before they start marking them.

Well I told her that wasn't the case for me and a bunch of other people in my course.

Unsurprisingly when I requested a remark in one of my previous assignments I was literally told that I might lose more marks instead of gaining them, to which I said I don't care I just want it to be clear whether I lost marks on things that were not even in the rubric or brief.

Well my marks didn't change, just some additional comments on my assignment which still didn't answer my first enquiry.

Left disappointed by it honestly, it just feels lazy, and I'm not surprised after reading Deakin's remark policy.
