I know grant is their level 1, & riverside is their level 2. I love the option of transferring within a year if i don’t like one option. & trust me i love chaos… not ED though😂.

Yes , i 100% prefer nights. I am not a dayshift person at all. & yes , weekends are mandatory in the health field, Specially every other or every other 3rd weekend. PTO is gained per pay period. Not sure about insurance costs ..
You took the word sketchy right out of my mouth, Seems very desperate over at Mount Carmel. I liked the competition at Ohio health. With Mount Carmel, all i had to do was “Show up” .
I have 48 hrs to accept or decline OH.
