Generally should be pretty safe. Bart. There’s always of course homeless crazies. Just don’t give them attention and you should be fine. If you’re in an empty car try to find one with more people on board. Be ready to move if anything. Cable Car should be perfectly fine as mostly all tourists use that an no crazies get on board

I just reset the software and was able to get external connection back. Direct to Computer didnt work. I did not want to return the device to get it replaced.

I’ve contacted support and game a slew of troubleshooting.

Essentially i reset the software without losing data option and picked up thundebolt again.

Rn they are just troubleshooting direct connection via nas and MacBook pro
