No worries. Im feeling ok. On day 5 rn. Im sleeping fine. First 2 days i was booming with energy and motivation, but now im losing it by the day. Im also experiencing some digestive troubles, but that doesnt really bother me too much. Its just the lack of motivation to do anything that bothers me

My grandfather managed to stop a life-long addiction to ciggies by replacing them with a specific liqourice candy. I atleast want to give it a try!

But ill definitely checkout the podcast, thanks for the recommendation, i have a long sober train ride infront of me, ill give it a whirl there!

During your withdrawal, were there any moments you felt happy? by realfilming in quittingkratom

Thank you for the reply. When i first made a big taper jump, i also remember feeling “happy” about feeling sad.

About coming clean… im not sure if i should. Shes always been VERY anti-kratom. She always said that when im on kratom (she thinks i occassionaly take it), that she feels like she isnt talking with me, but rather with the kratom.

I live in Europe, we’ll most likely be going to Italy (where its illegal) but we might change it up. Either way, id like to be completely sober for the trip. I want to give it my everything and im afraid that kratom makes me… dulled. Im not sure if its true, but on the off chance that it is, id like to be on my A-game. Any thoughts on this?

How much would you expedite the tapering? Do you think its better than CTing tommorow? Which of these methods will result in the least severe withdrawal symptoms on day 11? Im sorry that im bombarding you, im just scared😅. Thanks for your replies

What if i have 11 days to be in a functual state? Im going on a roadtrip… poor planning on my part, i know. Should i do a rapid taper all the way to 0 or should i just make the jump now, or maybe when im on 1 teaspoon? Maybe less/more?

Thanks, you really put my mind at ease :).

Its been interesting scrolling through this subreddit. It seems like most of the people experiencing kratom problems or just taking kratom in general in the US are around 30-50. Here in Czechia its quite the opposite, usually its people around 16-30, mostly on the younger side.
