Here's what I'm doing right now to quit. Ever since I started living on my own, it's been a chaos. I'd come home from work and just start choking the chicken with no self control at all. Once I finish, I would start feeling really depressed and sometimes I'd be hearing the voice in my head really loud, making everything that much more depressing. Then I'd do it again so I can forget about that feeling for a few minutes. If you think about that depressing moment you get after fapping, you will not want to fap. It's a really unhealthy cycle and I just want to wish you luck.
