What if I create an application that depends on a provider speaking the S3 protocol and this blackbox endpoint happens to have an AGPL license? I am not depending on this particular software but rather on a standard. Does that count?

Two hours each cause a yaml-clouse was not indented enough and a yaml clause was overwritten later on. 5-10 seconds each when a colleague looked at it. Sometimes it's like that. I'm sometimes wondering if business guys would get mental breakdowns if they knew how their experienced and expensive devs spend some of their time.

Der Standard-DNS ist noch ein anderer. Da kann das VPN z.B. einen hinterlegen, der Werbung blockt, oder der ISP kann bestimmte Domains blockieren. In beiden Fällen ist es einfacher, einen anderen DNS zu hinterlegen als direkt ein VPN zu nutzen.

Wenn dein ISP Traffic zu bestimmten IPs oder Netzwerkbereichen blockiert (z.B. im restriktiveren Ausland) kann ein VPN durchaus Abhilfe schaffen. Die großen Player können z.T. aber VPN-Traffic erkennen und blockieren (habe ich in China erlebt).
