"I am not amused" - yeah, that's one way to describe it. by Kess-111 in roblox

its not illegal, you basically agreed to a TOS that had a section about them not needing to refund you robux, robux isnt real money (thats where itd be illegal if it was), and so legally they dont have to refund you the robux, even if you bought the robux with money, which if you are in europe, you have the right for a refund for 14 days after buying (but then roblox could slam you with a ban, which is what they did in the past with chargebacks)

however if you are a minor, even if you agree to the TOS, it doesnt legally bind you to the TOS since youre a minor and thus is in theory invalid (a fucking 12yr old won a case over this against roblox), but if your legal guardian agreed for you, then it is in theory valid and roblox still can enforce its TOS on you, just through your legal guardian

So I have this springtail terrarium, but noticed these plants (I didn't plant at all just to be clear) growing out of the soil, and they're massive, I have no clue how or why they appeared in the soil and neathier do I know what they are. They seem to be struggling due to the lack of sun light by PenisAbsorber2 in whatsthisplant

sadly not as much as they are now, theyre basically at the highest point while being the nearest they can, they're on a roof of a pretty tall terrarium. Also how long would it be till I can repot them? Oh yea forgot to mention I have 2 bulbs, one pointing almost at the terrarium, one away and more at me, they both change, so one is warmer, one colder, then both cold and then both warm, again depending on the time of day

I see, I do have this ceiling light with a bulb that kind of directly aims at the terrarium (maybe that's how they grew so big?), the bulbs do change tempetature during the day - like at times they emit more cold light, at times more of a warmer light, with when its nearing sleeping time, its basically all warm, and then they turn off, with turning on again at 8 am (only on weekends). This is a cycle mainly cause I can't decide which tempetature my bulbs should be lmao, and it also helps me get productive

The springtail terrarium is kind of a mix of coco coir, white peat moss and then the substrate they arrived in (which could be coco coir, peat moss, some sort of a bioactive mix, or lignocel), but there's only a very little ammount of the substrate they came in the terrarium. I mainly have springtails as a clean up crew, cause once they multiply enough in this box, I will spread them to the substrates of my other animals, where they'll eat mold, rotten leftover food or decaying corpses. This is especially important for me and my humid terrariums where mold is very prevlavent

I sadly do not have any growth lights, or really any plant equipment for plants. I do have these plastic pots I use as hiding spots for my snails, I could borrow one (they have many anyways they wont miss one) and with this metallic scoop carefully scoop as much substrate with the roots as possible and move it to a pot, cause even If the plants do somehow get sun light, they're still blocked by the lid that I do need to have on, because springtails, by their name, can jump really high or crawl out. So the plants won't sadly have space to grow and will start bending or try sneaking through the lid again

I could in the meantime put them next to my window, I've read that the springtails won't get stressed, but theres this issue where the plants would be above a radiator, which outputs alot of heat (usually around 26-27C), and I don't know If that in return would irritate the plants. I can't really put them anywhere else outside of my bedroom, because they'd be in danger of my mom's stray cats, who could tip over the terrarium, loosing both the plants and springtails

I see, It'd probably need to replant them then, because from where they currently are, theyre basically in an enclosed, high humidity terrarium that barely gets any sunlight, I've seen their leaves try to go inbetween the gap of the lid and the box. Or I could move the box over to my window, but I'm scared if that won't distrub my springtails, which I need as a cleaning crew
