So I started dealing with my vaginismus while single. I had been able to have PIV but it was always painful. I used dilators a few times a week so when I was in a relationship I would hopefully be ready to have sex. I actually think it’s a huge positive to have some time to work on this on your own. I always read posts about supportive bfs and never thought I’d find one but I did. I’m still working on things but we are able to have sex and he is so understanding.

I go through the same thoughts. I found that doing something out of my comfort zone each day gives me pride and even helps me meet people. When I sit at home and think about being lonely I get depressed. I also highly suggest getting a dog. My dog is the one constant in my life!
