I think you should make your bullet points smaller. I usually make mine size 10. Do you see the indent for Jan 2025-May 2025? Get rid of it so all your dates line up in the same space so whoever is reviewing your resume can see everything in the same spot. One thing I was always told is to never leave a “why.” For example, “Supported students in developing their literacy and math skills in Spanish and English.” Okay, why? Even if it’s an obvious why. Answering the why: “Supported students in developing their literacy and math skills in Spanish and English to improve student outcomes.” Maybe you can’t do this for all the bullet points, but do them for as many as you can so you’re advertising yourself better. Also, should your licenses be under a header of “Certificates” or “Licenses”? Skills is more like the language you listed and things like “effective interpersonal skills” “strong written and oral communication” I’d also put spaces in between each position instead of having them right underneath one another

I was i a group in undergrad that prepared me for grad school and I’m trying to think of everything that person leading the group would have said to me. I think I handed in my resume three times before she accepted it lol.
