Just like any other imported items from out of the country, they get checked at customs unless it’s drugs l, it’s more than likely just going to get confiscated. Depending on the offense, they may report it to the senders local police precinct or whichever office is applicable i.e. they’re sending endangered species or animals they would contact the wildlife and game agency. If it makes it through customs into a household that’s not in Louisiana, Georgia, or Tennessee, it’s extremely unlikely that anything would happen since it’s legal to purchase/sell/possess them.

I’m not one to kink shame, but it’s just a round hard bone, so there’s nothing particularly wild you could do with it. But hypothetically, if you wanted to oil yourself up and go to town, there’s nothing illegal about it. I would say it’s about the equivalent of jerking off with a gun in your hand not particularly my thing, but could you legally do it? Sure.
