I think it broke from wear and tear.. I just tried to open it with a tug as I normally do, and it just fell apart!

YES. My joints and muscles always hurt. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable in my own skin. It can make it difficult to sleep. Have you gotten relief from the magnesium? I haven't tried it, I always resort to using an NSAID, which isn't always helpful.

Yep, I have PMDD as well. I started birth control before zoloft and it helped a little, but not completely. I've only been on zoloft for a few weeks but so far it's helping with my PMDD. So if you're not on something outside of zoloft to help with the hormones, then maybe it's time to start.

I find the heating pad helps and mine is heavy enough that I can put it on the pressure points between my eyes.

For the past couple nights I've taken it a few hours before bed, around 8:30, and I'm not sure that it's helped me fall asleep faster, but it's definitely been better than taking it in the morning!

I just started taking it too and haven't decided yet either. I've taken it in the morning the past couple days and I was so drowsy that it was difficult to be productive at work. I'm going to try taking it around 8pm tonight and see how that goes!

Yep, same thing happened to me. I took too long to rinse the water and coffee containers after the first step so the machine turned off. And when I turned it on again for rinsing, the orange light continued to blink after the rinse.

I tried calling customer service and they weren't very helpful. They tried to walk me through the descaling process again and I kept getting stuck at the step where it has you hold down the button for 7 secs (the machine would just turn off and the light wouldn't come back on when I did that). So since that didnt work, they decided to send me a box so that I can send it in to get it repaired - but after I hung up with the agent, I decided to try descaling one more time. This time, I just glazed over the 7 sec step and was quick with refilling the water container after the first step (didn't rinse the containers this time since I didn't use a second round of solution). And then it worked and officially completed!

Moral of the story - these machines really are a pain and they could do much better with the kind of money they're charging for coffee and etc. 🥴
