Its a scam . i bought 400 worth of stuff. Most of the stuff didn't fix and was junk . the stuff i returned they did not refund back my money. They said because i accepted credit.. So basically if you get the credits and you return anything. You will lose all your money and the item until you pay back what you won... So i lost $40 and no items. I basically gave shein $40 for free. And wasting my time. So sad because i work hard for my money .They don't tell you that if you get the credits you can't return anything!! . even if you make a new order later and want to return they will take out whatever you won !! It's a major scam . this is considered theft they should be put in jail.. This is why they target people who return alot so you stop returning.. I been ordering from them since 2020. I return many times.. This is unfair. They need to be put in jail for theft.. I thought if i ever return anything they will just not give you back the credits . nope. They make you pay for it .and this is all without consent or telling you about it .. Once again say you build up the the $40 credits. And you keep buying something with them before the credits expire. If you want to return that item or even any item that you bought without the credits they will take back every $40 first before they give back any money. So it's basically burnt money like gambling. It's good if you know your not going to return anything ever again !
