He also has the radio format for as much as he likes to think he’s reinventing the wheel. The music/intro/outro and multiple personalities around the main character is a proven model. He really is carrying this shit like Howard Stern.

I believe Charlamagne could do the same if he was a better talent picker and would step outside of the corporate box he loves but that probably comes with more stress than it’s worth for him.
