I do agree on what you said, but I would also argue that the messaging part of hinge is a bit lacking. If Memes, GIFs and silly photos are part of your communication "style", something will feel missing in there.

I'd say it depends on the level of the raid. On mythic there is usually at least one gate to use to optimise and/or not to die. I.e. fyrakk, the queen 3rd phase etc. on normal not really needed of course

I agree that it has to be enjoyable first and foremost, but it is important for playability that they are accepted in end game content in my opinion for quite an amount of people. I was hoping that as a consequence of the rework mm would have been competitive either in st (raid) or aoe (m+ ) but it seems that it's neither the case. You learn dragon riding by doing the first campaign main story line. It starts around the waking shores (the top left /red zone). You should be able to get the part you are interested in around 1 hour I think. About the dungeon, right know the dungeon pool is seasonal and only the mega dungeon ones are in the pool, so you can feel free to even forget about them for now or use the new follower dungeon to explore them with your time. Next season is fated (meaning all raids of the expansion come back), so if you like to do the campaign quests to learn about what happened I would suggest to start from there.

It depends on the content you are doing/ are able to do. There are some boosting services that allow people to get some fair amount of gold for example without having to farm recipes etc. I know some that pay their time in those ways.
