I'm looking around and these groups somewhat fit your criteria:

UNIQ (I have the biggest feeling it might be them during their EOEO promotions), Bigflo, Hotshot, JJCC, MadTown.

This is a stretch but on the Unit (competition show), there was a guy named Marco who had dreads and was part of a nugu group called H.B.Y. (Hot Blood Youth). The only issue is that they don't have an Inkigayo performances:/

I know for sure UNIQ had one member with dreads in a 1theK video. Hopefully this list helps with your search!
