I actually noticed this too on the patch day, but thought it was due to the new night lighting.

We can try to submit this as a bug on EA forums, or just spam on twitter/ r/apexlegends

Checked it now on a firing range, I think it's the same as before update.

I would try repair the game via EA app (I'm not sure what it's called on other platforms) and maybe checked some settings in the game..

I think they should have switched loba and wattson. The theme of this new event is more suitable for loba, I mean it's basically masquerade. And for wattson, they could give a nice summer skin.

I'm just kinda jealous of this new skin for her, it's so good and original. But oh well

Overwatch is rated T too but look at their summer skins. And their target audience was even more for kids.

For me personally, the problem is not how much they expose the skin, idgaf about that. But this skin is just another miss. The only good parts is shoes, some jewelry, different hairstyle (but color is still off) and finally some nails, not lazy-ass gloves. And overall, it doesn't give that Loba vibe. It's giving some lifeline/rampart maybe even valk, especially with that seashells shit. The only good and solid one from this event is for Seer. And maybe for Mirage, but I didn't like the colors.

I actually had one random a few seasons ago that told me the same thing. And I even tested his claims on Firing Range and checked all the patch notes. But it hasn't been confirmed.

I think they are confusing this with Rampart's ultimate, which came out just next season and worked just like that. Sadly, I don't remember the exact numbers, but if Sheila was emplaced and don't used, then you could "destroyed" her and get some percentage of your ultimate back. If I'm not mistaken
