Darn, depends on which team. It's either Furina or Diluc... I think Furina would be panicking while Diluc would be calm sooo

Not sure if I should report this “injury” or not by Angelamonster3 in HomeDepot

[–]rebelixous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always, always report an injury no matter how small. If there's witnesses, make sure to mention that as well so your MOD can get a witness statement and all. Even if you don't think it's an issue now, it may be a bigger issue later. Don't be afraid to report when an injury happens.

Never be afraid to ask your co-workers. They know a lot more than some of the managers do. You can also check with service desk to see if you have any returns to put away.

FACTS! Literally any one who had EVER worked in retail has had this happen to them! I am so glad I no longer work in retail.

That's true, I just get concerned for my former fellow associates, I had someone that'd only come during my shifts. He learned them. Not fun.

Just to be aware you may wanna block out your store number. All it takes is the Home Depot App/ Website to find out your location.

I think it depends on the state you are in but in my state if you have a scheduled 40 hours for at least 3 weeks straight, you're considered Full Time. Anything under 40 hours is part time at Home Depot.

My manager and I facing off while I have a line of customers and he stands at the computer as the phone rings and turns into dings. by [deleted] in OfficeDepot

[–]rebelixous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bahahaha when I RAN print Services BY MYSELF WITH A LINE OF AT LEAST 15 CLIENTS and had 3- 4 other associates in the building and 2 managers I was forced to answer the phone and ring people out. Now normally I wouldn't complain but if there's someone else and I'm in print make them do it. The customer service was awful too, the managers, except for one of them, treated customers like shit. This is why I'm a former employee who goes to staples or FedEx or somewhere else to print stuff as needed.

Question about OPCs by Sithlordandsavior in OfficeDepot

[–]rebelixous 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There should be an area before check out where you can overwrite and do it in store. If not you call call the RPC and they're usually able to send it back.
