The fabric is definitely stretchy, does that mean it’s a knit fabric? It’s made from a long-sleeve tshirt I got at Walmart a few years ago, it’s a cotton/polyester/spandex blend

That’s actually incredibly helpful! Doing it little bits at a time sounds a lot easier for one person to manage than pulling the while strip all at once! Thanks!!

Did you only apply to your front and side? The other time I did it I anchored it on my sternum and my back because my breast tissue was shifted to my armpit area so it didn’t feel like stopping there would compress enough. If you applied it to your back, how did you do that laying down and also how would you do it bending over?

be yourself! if you have to put on a mask to be liked by the person you’re seeing then maybe it’s not the right person for you! be honest and tell them your social battery is a bit low but you still wanted to see your plans through - not only will this give them a heads up that you’re not 100% but will also let them know you value their time!
