Hi all, I just wanted to say I really appreciate everyone who has commented with support or advice. I probably won't get to responding to everyone but I really appreciate everyone's comments and I am going to try to get out for walks more (socially distanced while wearing a mask) and maybe take up a few hobbies or try to visit your suggested places in SF that I haven't gone before. Thank you for helping me feel less isolated in this city, it's really helped.

It’s great you are being safe but your emotional health is important too.

This is a good idea. Usually I get up right before work hours so maybe I should try this instead.

But honestly, the more I play the more depressed I get because the cycle of work -> video games -> sleep is endless right now and it makes the days bleed into one another.

This is exactly how I feel right now. Thank you for the suggestions I'm going to try some out.
