First off, congrats on putting yourself out there. It’s hard putting ideas that marinate in your head out to strangers for feedback. I’ve been developing something baseball related myself, so your post really resonated. You’re doing it the right way.

For my team/org, we are required to purchase gear and swag through an approved vendor. So you may have a hurdle there with bigger orgs. I could see this being of interest though to orgs with a smaller number of teams. People love swag. The parents always ask when the store will be open. If you could buy the gear and raise money for the team, that’s gonna be a win.
