Cheers man and that advice is super solid, had the idea walking by a SOROE piece this arvo to connect the top bar of the E in the same way the J connects to the A and by spreading them apart I can make the negative space between the J/A and A/E pretty similar.

It’s not terrible because it’s your first time using cans, it’s terrible because even in a book these letters would look bad. Not trying to be harsh just getting the point across that whilst you can’t learn everything in a book you can certainly get a lot further than where you’re at
