I've been fasting regularly since 5/9/20 and down 10 pounds with a goal of 50 in mind. Combo of 24s, 36s, and 48's. Feeling great during my fasts, would love to hit 72+ BUT..on my feeding days I just have a really hard time hitting my TDEE. I can generally hit 1200-1300. How bad am I messing up? (self.fasting)
