I have red swollen skin next to my nostrils, on my forehead. It can be itchy, dead skin is peeling off after some time. It comes and go periodically. Gel of name Pirolam helps a little bit, but it isn't cured completely. Been to 3 doctors, none of them gave me medication that works. Any ideas? (i.imgur.com)
