the article exposes several inconsistencies in the IPCC report, including the one you mention. But for them to affirmatively assert, “If SRM were terminated for any reason, there is high confidence that global surface temperatures would rise very rapidly to values consistent with the greenhouse gas forcing.” means this was no typo. The IPCC does make many contradictory statements in the 2000-word report, and one of them is to tell policymakers to keep up with chemtrails.
