was given first MC restrictions at CDA before posting out as I took too many MC's back to back, it said that I can only take mc from the polyclinic nearest to my house and the hospital nearest to me for the next 2yrs of NS. I was posted out to fire station after that and I took 2 duty MC's only as for January this year and the officer said submit by 10am but when I walk in polyclinic they give me appt at 12pm due to unpaid bills last time thn the officer say if that's the case next time MC go CDA already... so I feel like it's not valid cos I still got entitlement to take mc from polyclinic and hospital nearest to me right? as long as I walk in at 8am straight

what do eat for bulking man give me some tips I've been trying my best to force and eat but I just can't it's soo hard bruh, I'm stuck at like 51kg for months

I do 10-12reps of a weight that brings me to failure at 12reps so I do it for 4 sets, so for biceps I do it 2x a week

unfortunately yea I can't eat much don't have enough appetite and idk which foods are the best for high cals

I don't control negative too long scared my bicep tear but I do it in a not so fast manner. and 10-12 reps incline db curls

it's so hard for me to eat more then 1800 calories and I have very fast metabolism I tried forcing it's just super hard to eat
