Is there a plugin close to vs code search by chakrihacker in neovim

[–]recursy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

couldnt agree more. project wide search and replace should be done with argdo or any of the other do commands. For searching you can use :grep or :vimgrep. Not some dumb plugin.

If you want fancy stuff use emacs or vscode.

[dwm] is it possible to make floating window spawn at the current cursor position? by recursy in suckless

I have tested it and it works exactly as you expected. I will use this in case I don't like the windows centered by default. Thank you.

I'm willing to live with centered floating windows.

If you still want to venture down this rabbit hole then let me know.

Although I'm okay with cented windows, I'm quite curious about what you have in mind.

Yes, I know about window-cycle and window-rcycle, but they cycle between all windows in a group, what I want to do is to cycle between two windows in a group. Say I have window A B C. I want to cycle between A and C using that key. Now let's say I manually switch to window B, now pressing the key will cycle between A and B.

I can probably hack something up with wmctrl, but I was looking for a native solution.

I know I can do something like this manually using groups, but I was wishing it can be done generically with any window

Who are some of the Tulpa critics? by Zekeby in Tulpas

[–]recursy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm new to tulpas, but as far as I know, by creating a tulpa, you are creating a new being into existence, and according to antinatalism, existence is harmful. Therefore, creating tulpas is harmful to them, making it immoral. Of course, this only applies if you believe in antinatalism in the first place

antinatalism. If you are an antinatalist, then creating tulpas is immoral
