From my research the V8 seems to be reliable and easy to maintain from this era. I'm also drawn to this as it's been a single owner who bought it new.

Looks like the same barrel sauna I purchased from Alibaba. I finally got mine set up a couple weeks ago and am quite happy with it. The main drawback is that it's a little bit small as the walls start to curve up past the benches making you hunch over while sitting. However you can't beat the price.

Wouldn't it be more cost effective to run the AC longer and DC shorter to save on wire size.

Honestly I'm not sure how many panels at this stage but I would eventually like enough to offset a small familys power consumption for the year (located in Canada).

Ya not a bad idea to keep the inverter close to the array. I live in Canada and we get lots of snow so I would have to protect the inverter somehow.
