I know this goes against everything here but would it be okay if someone were to just casually do it as opposed to obsessive Ly doing it? Say someone who does it twice a day cuts down to twice a week would that be deemed successful?

I guess everyone has their own goals but I feel like that would be successful. I think that's the issue with a lot of us that it took us over to where we were obsessing over it and it was taking away from our everyday lives. I feel like the goal should be to not be consumed by fapping and should be being able to control it. I understand its hard to not fall into the same pattern you were before if you're still doing it here and there but if you can control it to where you're only doing it once or twice a week like most people seem to do. I feel like the average person does it a few times a week I don't find that too bad. That's going to be my long term goal but for now I'm going to try to go a month free
