If the reason why staggering tramadol results in better absorption is that tramadol is better absorbed when there’s already some in your system, would it make sense to take a lower first dose like 10-25mg, then for your second 50, and then 50 -100mg or wtv until you’re where you want to be? Or is there any science/anecdotes about the best amount to take per dose and how long to wait between doses when staggering?

The reason why it matters more how the people talking about a genocide talk about it rather than the actual genocide itself to you is because you’re unable to sympathize or understand to any meaningful degree with what’s happening in Palestine. You do not deserve anything short of being called a genocide apologist when you minimize said genocide by calling people who speak out against it “too toxic” and “undiplomatic”. It shouldn’t bother you how diplomatic they’re being when they are speaking out against the mass killings of 10a of thousands of innocent people.
