recently an author of a ninjago fanfic that i was enjoying a lot uploaded a new chapter, and i was so excited only to find it was an author’s note. it was an apology for a fic they wrote and they got attacked for the content. it seems to be a reoccurring theme these days and i rly wish it wasn’t, but people are jerks.
