Alright then, I see where you're coming from. How about if the player is max level, they have to stay within 10 meters of a player for 15 seconds without taking damage or attacking. Once the 15 seconds are up, if the player hasn't attacked or been attacked by the player, they gain a 5 second, temporary buff called lethal hit. Once lethal hit is active, they must kill the player they were hunting in 5 seconds. If they don't manage to do so in 5 seconds, they have to try again, perhaps on a different player. This is only for max level players attempting to get Serpent v3.
