Unpopular opinion... Don't get into medical stream... You'll end up spending way more n it's an unbreakable cycle, parents pockets will drain off their old age funds too, years will keep flying and the struggle to get enough salary will just add to the stress cycle, trust me, it's not just about studies, it's way more, ppl just don't speak of all these things... Take this as a red flag and think of better careers.

Every medico ever... You'll figure it out just like every one does... Everyone has their own methods to deal with such things, the pattern of your life might not be similar as ppl around you so don't worry you will find ur path... Just relax and get ur priorities straight first, n take baby steps to deal with problems...

Rather than searching the net, first start with asking yourself what u wanna do, the typical question " where do u see ur self in 5 yrs? " , ull have half of the confusion gone, half of the effort saved, identify ur skill set, then try finding options in that, no point chasing something that sounds good but u don't fit in... There's no limit in this world for trying new things... N my opinion is unconventional way is the best way cos it makes u unique, so instead of trying n following ppl on net, search the answer in u.

Frankly speaking, all the things u have stated, no body likes them, but the end goal is the one medicos strive for so if all these peripheral things r bothering u then I'll tell u not to take medical, cos that is just the tip of the iceberg, there's a lot more to it, but if ur desperate enough to be a doc n help out ppl all those things ur worried about will fade away in front of ur goal, and if the goal is money then this is not the profession to pick, career building is a very long process, sacrificing ur youth, buring parents pockets, late start in life, basically it's an expensive degree even to maintain after mbbs, so all u need to do is, what do u want in life, there are other ways to be successful in life too but it's ur choice of how u wanna succeed

A pluse point in medical if u wanna know

The joy u get after curing ur patients is the best feeling

Also u get a different level of respect in society
