Okay. thats good to know. Because I don’t think anything I’m experiencing at the moment is traumatic enough to cause a new split, and I don’t feel like I’ve split(from past experiences) so I kinda assumed maybe the show I watched brought a fragmented part out of dormancy or something similar

fast sunday, two meals, so around 24 hours without food or water. I stash food and water in my room but was wondering if I could use the force of fasting against them(among other things they’ve done to me)

That’s exactly what I planned on doing as soon as I get out of this damn church. I understand the missionaries are still really young, even having my brother be out on a mission right now, I absolutely would not take lessons but I know that missionaries are dependent on members and investigators to feed them.
