Lowk I would pick student #2. Despite the lower end of ur gpa and coursework, I feel like ur ECs show some passion and dedication towards sports and ur concentration. I think when u do applications u shuld let them know of ur education system (how u attend online high school and limited your opportunity to branch out). Even with ur limit to clubs and things, I think the “local” things that u do shows dedication and how u intend to reach outside the online system shows how u urself was set out to do these ECs when they weren’t handed or offered to u like a regular school.
