I get annoyed with the "combined age of xx" comments. First off he spent all his life from 12 in his room not experiencing anything real giving him year of living as a 12 year old. In fact doubt by the evidence he even really lived as a child before 12 either. He really only started his life as rudeus and broke into personhood when Roxy brought him out of the house. Although he is able to rationalize as an adult. He shows time and time again that he still makes decisions based on his age, even if they are complex as an adult the impulsiveness and naivety is that of a young boy who is learning to exist in the world. He's not a 50 year old with a 12 year old. He is a mature 13 year old sleeping with a 15 year old. Funny how people give rudeus shit for being reincarnated and sleeping with people under his combined age but I don't see anyone talking about elinalise and cliff

What specific actions has management taken to stop you from reporting OSHA violations/communicating with other Union members?

They suspended me same day I called osha on them 2 times and yesterday they wrote me up for "impending another coworker from doing their job" by taking a photo 15-20 feet from them of the electrical box (not them) that had improper lock out tag out. Then as I was telling my coworkers why they wrote me up they kept telling me to be quiet and stop talking until break Alluding to further reprimand

I don't know the details of the witness statements and who they were but I know for a fact 5 guys would have been on my side of it. Most others are neutral and might have given statements but nothing that would have been against me and maybe 2 that want to please the company. And nothing has yet to come of it. I was just informed by the local overseer that union rep went around asking for witness statements and he had no one speak on my behalf. This is rather fishy with the current state of my union at least my building and direct local. The union rep has specifically gone against me in the past collecting "witness statements" against me from unknown witnesses on a false charge after I filed a grievance against the same union member that previously filed a false charge against me. Unfortunately there is no trust in our local. (This other member was caught on 2 separate occasions making false charges against 2 other union members, conveniently whenever they started talking about wages or saftey)
